This is undervalued and is ready to rise the next 2 weeks. 1 more quarterly from cirrus will result in a substantial rerate.
I got back in last week at 1.6 with profits from CL8, and I have another order ready at 1.4. However, I expect this wont get filled, and that this will be trading much higher by the end of the week. All IMO
