intellect is now a takeover target. What a match this could be for ERG!
Intellect makes the hardware, terminals etc. and for something like the Australian smart card they have a strong terminal base in places like the post office.
ERG handles the transactions and could handle these whether it be at the train stations or at the post office, bank or retail store (probably). Both have a international client base.
Now that would really expand ERG's horizon's.
