1. don’t get it in on time because it took two days not one for the mail to get to the CHESS holders office.
2. They didn’t realise they had another daw down on there cheque account and their cheque, thou in on time and showing intent, bounces
3. they forgot to sign on the bottom line

In all cases thou they ethically tried to do the right thing, they WON”T get the share issue. WHY….Not because CHESS is a nasty, thieving, opportunistic organisation, but because if you don’t qualify a deadline and a procedure then everybody is going to have some reason why they should be accepted. The mining law has been set out for 150 years. RIO has previously benefited and lost by the procedure. Everybody in the mining game knows the rule (except a lot of non-mining HC commentators). That is why the warden ruled in CAZ favour and gave CAZ the lease.

When was the last time a Govt dept said. Oh it seems unfair you don’t have to abide by the rules.

CAZ HAS A GREAT LEGAL CASE FOR THE MINISTER TO ANSWER
