    Ministry of Works is not only OH&S .... Plant Shutdown is much more serious than you might be lead to believe.
    - Labour's (bad) practices?
    - Environmental (tailing Dam?)
    - Safety?

    Wait to hear more about this ... Serious stuff .... Plant Shutdown, inlcuding Port operations? Very Serious.
