Unless the 80% majority holding is diluted-
The share price will always lag as one individual holder with nearly 600m shares at a cost of 5c will always deter and scare off any potential investors

Potential investors will always fear that the holder may sell some shares

Why has the majority holder clearly stated they have no intentions of providing any further capital when clearly they have the funds to do so?

Any such majority holding can have total control of the share price going forward regardless of earnings or potential.

This is always the reality when there are large majority holdings
