    The above comments although very sad are, unfortunately true in so many cases. Probably fair to say that until these communities are prepared to stand up and take full responsibility for their actions, nothing will improve either in the short or long-term.
    All the money and good-will in the world will not help them if they as a community remain unwilling to make an effort to clean up their acts.
    Very evident that getting the children into schools and giving them a good education is imperative if we wish to eventually see a reversal of this current cycle of negativity/hopelessness/despair/violence.
    Those Aboriginals who are in receipt of a decent schooling usually go on to be a success in life and so will they who follow. Unfortunately time is the big factor...success won't come overnight but at least it will come if the parents ensure that their children regularly attend school.

    There is no shortage of money ($10,000 Million ) to support them but; to get out of this mess, they must be prepared to help themselves . Let's hope they do!!!
