I guess they need to find another way to raise the money, eg. Offer share holder the new share at a higher but fair price. I would rather be offered a price like 0.011 instead of some blue equality company take all for 0.0785 and sell to us and keep the share price low. At least we have a new 'starting price' . I have already emailed back my 'no' for both form
