Agree with your sentiment re t/o potential. With bulk of development in Germany, most of sales team in US, and company run from Australia where new business opportunities are limited (saturated market) - one wonders if a European or a US headquarters is where we are headed.
For the record - I am most content with the way this business is managed and would be happy with more of the same.
