I do not have sufficient understanding of the universe, to make such probability calculations - and I don't feel bad because nobody else has such knowledge.
In my view those who make suck claims need to do so to support their view of the universe. Many of them need to propagate views of this nature because their livings depend on making such claims.
Do I believe in a theist universe? I don't, not because I can prove that a God doesn't exist, but I know of no evidence that supports this belief.
In my opinion I believe that there is evidence that should God exist then he/she has no interest in our welbeing.
