    LOL , What dont you understand about the word 'underwritten' Iceman ??

    Regardless of how many shareholders take up the issue , its fully underwritten , so NEO will get its $4.2m cash gauranteed.
    To suggest otherwise was is either blatantly naive , or a thinly veiled downramp ! ...... imo.
