I have to agree with 'noairbags' here. That announcement is minimally informative.

SOC have made it crystal clear that they believe what they have already found can be proved up to support the case for an open cut operation. Their idea is they can recoup the CAPEX and have a small profit left over to fund a complete exploration program. If it turns out that the group who are now involved are likely to fund the CAPEX, then, SOC is off and running ....

But, there is nothing in the ann to indicate what management is contemplating or what the ideas are.
