I think we are also missing the point of the BrainChip application in devices.
The point is not to "learn a different race track each time from scratch" but to learn to become ultra efficient on the one racetrack that it's on.

Remember the BrainChip will be coupled with an existing processor.

So for example in a phone the BrainChip will be used to learn the phone owners behaviour and make using the phone more efficient and predictive based in the owner pattern of use. In effect this is the "same racetrack". If then the phone was given to a new owner the BrainChip would need to learn the new owners pattern of use etc. in effect a "new racetrack"

I think many people a not understanding the subtleties and differences in autonomous learning and program that appear to learn but just follow an algorithm.
