    On track to be a producer in the 2nd half 2006 and in regards to Sovereign risk:
    IBR states:
    “The Company is currently active in Portugal and Armenia. Both countries are prime destinations for developing mining projects given the strong mining sectors in both countries and the high level of government support for new mining projects”
