Copper-gold producer Sandfire Resources (ASX:SFR) is preparing to outline details of a material transaction in the company’s ordinary shares.
The ASX has granted the company a trading halt, with its shares placed in pre-open.
Sandfine operates the low-cost, high-grade DeGrussa mine in Western Australia.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Monday 18th May 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
