and perhaps herein lies the reason the market has priced RXL as such
Nickel - grade not enough for given qty
Zinc - plenty of it, but deep = committed development $$$, and after dugald river, I'm sure risks are still fresh in the minds of those that control the billion $$ development budgets. And that's only the operational risk, speak nothing of global demand/trends, forex risk, sovereign risk, etc....
perhaps its a case of current climate = big discounts please ?
Wonder if it's far enough North for a Joe Hockey Budget bonus loan ?
