Leases expire accidently and are snapped up every day.
There are professional people who watch and wait for this to occur. Its a great system and it has operated transperantly for many years.
You guys who put up this "midnight pegger" arguement don't even know what you are talking about. Those are the rules - law and Caz operated fairly within them. I encourage all mining/exploration companies to start seeking the ministers discretion for all decisions going forward as the rules - laws are not worth a pinch.
