Seems to me Fertoz is simply caught up in the current mining malaise and being a small cap.
With FertAg delivering immediate cash flow and the Canadian developments delivering a vertically integrated company with strong financials the current sell prices are a bargain.
The management appear to be joining the dots as fast as possible.
It will be an interesting Annual Report.
