this ad came out on the 12th of April, posted on the terramin site on the 19th. You will notice that with most explorers or even junior producers, they do not have a CFO; just a management team in place.
in some sense, having a CFO indicates the kind of plans they have ... i.e. its extensive enough for them to consider hiring a full-fledge CFO with all the bells and whistles ... and a good package to boot!
