I agree 15 cents is extreme, they have cash and they have the village which may still be ticking along. Nevertheless the construction business will be struggling big time, they may hit a bad project or two in addition to falling revenues, the village may well pull right back when the Curtis Island gas plants are finished, they have committed to a big dividend which will impact cash and there is no bench strength amongst the management team. I have no problem seeing it at 70 cents.
