    Um, they'd be sunk without it. Allows for breathing space. Probably the best solution, considering the creditors were supposedly pushing for admin.

    I'm glad it has a chance of coming out of suspension.......I've seen things go into suspension, and the next notice you receive is for VA......then wind up!

    So you should be happy that your money hasn't evaporated.
