APG need to build confidence by raising at least $2m (if they can find anyone to commit). In simply raising a couple of hundred thousand each quarter, they are really on the edge and it doesn't give any investors confidence the same old people will stump up again next qtr. If they can get $2m, I think you will find more support as it gives confidence of a further year or two of finding a white knight.
