It seems to me that if the Aboriginals want to remain in the camp it is there choice and they can build it in the sustainable and natural manner of their forefathers...
It is more that government funding and the corrosive and corrupting welfare dependency that this creates and that perpetuates the cycle of abuse will stop for these communities...
