You have to take some zip, although i lightened, i will take some. Not for the suposed incredible price yada yada, but its our part of a build.
In essence you could say I partly own that concrete, bolt, equipment etc.
keep some powder dry justin case, as more often than not there is pressure while a base forms after dilution.
