Don't worry sparky he, like the rest of us, is still waiting with bated breath for ink on paper and the next move. I commented earlier this morning that we were having a solid week of very little interest in selling whilst buyers were also holding off and he called it tumbleweed territory at the moment. Even a rise of 2% to end the week didn't seem enough to demonstrate enough market interest remaining while we wait. He's a hard man to please our bluey, maybe that's why he still can't pick a colour for the Mustang if things go to plan and Magnolia requires a visit
