There are only 17,621,022 shares on issue.  Of these, 35.69% are held by the top three shareholders.

They are very tightly held so I do not expect any major change in price unless someone is desperate to get in/out. I have 44,600 and can’t see how I could ever offload them without killing the share price.  Not sure why they did the 1:15 consolidation in Dec 2012.

I am happy to hold as long as a decent dividend is kept up (held since 2000).
