Indeed it is too late once you've fallen pregnant.... I only found out the in-effectiveness of the vaccine I'd been given when I fell pregnant for the first time.
Update re rubella... it has been declared eradicated in north and south Americas http://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-32523300 and I would be very surprised if we still had cases of it here is Aus...
My eldest daughter has the highest level of immunity possible (for Rubella)... a complete mystery as I can't remember her getting it in the first place...... probably that illness the doctor called roseaola... probably passed on by me when I had the 2nd vaccine to try and protect her future siblings... lol.
I understand quite well how viruses mutate...... the very fact that you understand that, makes me wonder how you can believe in vaccinations at all?
All due respect but I think it is you who has limited understanding and by the sounds of it .... or life experience.
