There will be significant dilution, but I highly doubt AGO will raise the 200-300 million needed to cover the debt. The capital raise will fall well short of that, as it would be risky investment in itself. So I do not think there will be 5 billion shares in total, as the capital raise will not be that successful. Thoughts?
