I was very disappointed that at the last AGM I was the only person in the room to raise their hand to vote against the remuneration report. Perhaps if more had joined me, then shareholders would be in a much stronger position this time to force a change in management.
I also seem to recall that there was an apology from JW for not attending the AGM. I would be interested in other attendees recollection. If such an apology was made, and JW, as seems the case, was no longer employed, then this borders on misrepresentation. I wonder if there are any minutes to check.
In any event, I suspect that JW leaving the company, in whatever circumstances, was material to the ability of the company to complete the plant, and should thus have been announced to the market.
Thankfully I am out now. I just keep my eye on the thread so I can attach myself should any class action commence.
