Well I'm no legal person either, but, I agree, there seems to be some overly exuberant posting in recent times.

Having said that, what we have learnt from the posts from those who have attended the Court Hearings combined with what we learnt from the records of outcome & from those who have examined the lodged files, leaves me cautiously optimistic.

Of what we know of Quasar's strategy, none of it appears to be particularly convincing.

Even better, nowhere have we come across anything that suggests Quasar Resources will argue they can do what they're doing because AGS has signed some contract somewhere that contains a clause that specifically allows them to do whatever they like. That has always been my biggest concern. We also have a report from a poster that AGS specifically ordered Quasar NOT to sell any of AGS's uranium. This was before the stockpiling decision was known and, apparently, on advice. Would AGS order Quasar not to sell uranium if there was a fully-fleshed out contract somewhere that specifically gave them permission to deal with AGS's uranium in any way they saw fit? I doubt it.

PS: For those of you preparing to put down the deposit on the Porsche, please bear in mind there are 60 million options out there. You bet they're going to be exercised if a semi-reasonable offer comes in prior to Wednesday.
