IMO scenarios that must be going around in Quasar/Heathgates head prior to next Wednesdays court case: -----
1.We make AGS an offer for their share of Four Mile, let’s say $400mill or $1 per share.
2.We wait and see what the Court awards AGS in damages for our disgusting behaviour of starving AGS of cash (by not selling their Uranium) which ultimately led to AGS share of Four Mile being eroded.
3.The court awards AGS damages of say $400mill or $1 per share, and reinstates their ownership to 25% & sacks Quasar/Heathgates as sales agents, giving ACE/AGS $400 mill in the bank plus a very healthy annual income.
Now if I was Quasar/Heathgates, I would be seriously thinking about option 1. Prior to next Wednesday court case.
As has already been pointed out on HC there is a direction hearing Monday morning at 11.30am.
All imo of course.
