And yet @Sector Lead my bearish opinions on property on the property forum got me even more "likes" than my bullish opinions on gold on the gold forum, have gotten me ........so far, at least. Anyway, time will tell who is right on property and time will judge who is experienced and who is not.

If you want more info on MML (the stock mentioned earlier by @AverageJoe ), I believe that your favourite commenter (besides me of course ) on the property forum @MasseyFerguson has been following MML quite actively recently and might be able to assist you on that one.
