SP - where is it headed?

    I'm not sure if discussing 'quotes' comes under the area of charting... but it does seem to be something technical. After the ann came out I noticed a few buy orders at significantly higher prices (i.e. 0.25) pop up. I just found this curious since there are sellers at lower prices (0.175 - all the way up to 0.23).

    Why would buyers want to buy at a higher price when there are sellers selling at lower prices?
