Taruga Gold (ASX:TAR) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX, pending details of a capital raising.
Taruga is focussed on exploration in West Africa, and has licenses in the pro-mining countries of Mali, Cote d’Ivoire and Niger.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Wednesday 20th May 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
