Name one ROW RE producer that can compete with China' pricing and remain profitable.
Better yet name one ROW RE producer that has even made a profit to date.
Even the end user market is mostly based in China.Do you really think they are that worried about a tailings dam in the middle of nowhere ?What do other large tailings dams look like for any mining venture ?Better , Worse ?
