News: Liquefied Natural Gas Limited to make material announcement

    Liquefied Natural Gas Limited (ASX:LNG, OTC ADR:LNGLY) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX pending a material announcement regarding a placement of ordinary shares.

    The company will make the offer available to sophisticated and professional investors.

    The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Wednesday 20th May 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
