Teachers are not permitted to even talk harshly to children

I do not agree with Putins methods because as a dictator he goes too far, but in concept the idea does have some merit
We all know that the Nanny State driven by well meaning but stupid bureaucrats do not have the ability, skill or feeling to do the job they have left themselves with, so it has to be back with family and friends
