Sierra I agree with the notion that the rebels would not have been capable of operating the Buk launcher, which has been expressed many times by reputable outlets. If Moggy had an open mind like he claims he wouldn't ridicule that statement you made. Clearly Moggy was in Ukraine at the time frolicking about in the fields chasing mice and witnessed the event. On the other hand could it be that he's merely a contrarian with no substance to back up his view??? surely not.
