    In other countries, Twiggy would have a case to answer on anti-trust legislation. In Australia, what Twiggy has said is legal but Australia post European Settlement has had an interesting way of dealing with legislation. Competition or the lack thereof is a value cherished by Australians to this date.

    If a company in Australia is not an effective monopoly, duopoly or have oligopolistic power, its going concern status is questionable based on history. Historically Australian companies do not survive without Government protection to some degree at least IMHO but pls DYOR.
