Infratil today announced that it had appointed Phillippa Harford to the
position of Chief Financial Officer. Phillippa has previously been Deputy
Chief Financial Officer for Infratil, a position she has held since May 2013
and prior to that Head of Taxation.

Kevin Baker will step down from the CFO role following over nine years with
the Company. Infratil's Chief Executive, Marko Bogoievski said that Kevin
would retain a full-time senior executive role with H.R.L. Morrison & Co.
which would enable him to continue to contribute to Infratil's investments
and businesses through a broader executive role that includes finance,
business development, and governance responsibilities. Kevin would also
continue as H.R.L. Morrison & Co's Chief Financial Officer and Executive
Director.
