The game has changed. Whatever the Fed does and when it does it is now a sideshow.
The US 10 yr is on the way up.
This will test TCL's SP. If the view is that it is a utility, then the SP is down, but if there is growth then the SP will vary with the market.
TCL isnow just over 20 yrs old and the market does not undestand it.
For example Clime investments says that the financial health of TCL is so BAD that they do not rate. Rudi Van Dyek (FN Arena) says it is the most reliable divident stock on the ASX. Anyway watch:
US long-term treasury prices fell on Monday (yields higher) as traders booked profits on last week's price gains. Traders are also cautious ahead of the release of minutes from the last Federal Reserve meeting on Wednesday and data on consumer prices to be released on Friday. US two-year yields rose by 2 points to 0.577 per cent while US 10-year yields rose by 8 points to 2.23 per cent.
