    In this case,is it possible to sue administrators and liquidators against fire sale of assets?
    Please,if anyone is a unsecured creditor and a lawyer,check this matters.
    Liquidator announced that there is reasonable ground of likelihood of not getting any distributions to subordinated creditors including Trees 2 and Trees3 holders from the assets available in the liquidation on 29 April 2015.
