Mr Tong 80% holder will have 30m shares not in escrow( not transaction shares as listed in mou) cost 5c available to sell

and Mr Tong 80% holder have another 550m shares cost 5c coming out of escrow in Jan 17 ( as all dates of takeover of production are from Jan 2015)

At current prices majority holder is up 50%

IMO
Now is a Good opportunity to take profits
