Triton Minerals Limited (ASX: TON, Triton, Company) has issued 34,301,382 fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) to institutional and sophisticated investors at a price of $0.35 per Share, to raise approximately $12 million (excluding costs). Funds raised will be used to progress the Feasibility Study at the Nicanda Hill project, commence an early works program at Nicanda Hill, undertake the initial drilling program at the Ancuabe Project and provide general working capital
