    Hi all,

I've been diligently reading this forum for several years now and very much appreciate the investigative reporting. Been in and out a couple times but holding a nice parcel of shares since the Fukushima disaster - average buy around 20+ cents. I have often wondered how realistic would it be for quasar etc... to pay full value for ACE. It might not just be a question of 'screwing' AGS over as being able to fund such a large upfront purchase. For instance how long would it take to fund a $400 million purchase? It would take quasar etc... Years of production to pay back that amount even assuming 30-40% margins.

This little delay tactic good be serving them by allowing them time to extract more $$ out of the ground. They should now have 100+ million in stockpile ( - expenses ) let's say 60$ million in total.

My guess is, if there is indeed a setllement before the trial and if indeed IG plays hard ball the only realistic outcome I can financially envision is a max upfront payment say 150+ million, plus an ongoing annual payment of 50 million for a number of years linked to their ability to get the stuff out of the ground and sold. Perhaps over the x year period 400+ million would be provided. This would be in my eye somewhat of a win win in that they would guarantee certain amount would be payed to AGS by x years and we relinquish all control and in essence become a creditor. However given the BB history of reneging on contracts there really wouldn't be any long term certainty around this, but perhaps enough to at least allow the share price to appreciate for many to exit.

On another note, it is a pity that their purchase price could not be used in a reverse takeover, in that if Q offer 56 million for 25%. AGS then get the right to pay 168 million to buy out Q.

    Thought?
