He is only really on the board because ASX listing requirements. Xu is the one that makes the decisions and everyone knows it.
I'd agree it would be good to have a younger enthusiastic Director but WR serves the purpose they want (to not interfere) so can't see it changing much. Problem is because of his age when he does have to step down for age reasons, it will just raise fresh concerns for SBB and Directors leaving...
