Just as well hes not coming to Perth...id be in my hobo gear and politely rip into the clowns.
For me its simple....the prospectus said policy was dividend 25 % of profit.....This gives them 75% to play with.
Management have been very tardy in changing the rules mid stream hence share price is where it is...in my book they are liars .....not a nice word but when the cap fits wear it....after this post and the AGM meetings they need to act quickly before their actions result in more shareholder discontent.
