Before you part with your dollar, should you not have the opportunity to read a prospectus?

I can't find one anywhere, so I am not putting in a dollar. Curiously, the invitation to subscribe contains none of the usual disclaimers - such as telling you that you should read the product disclosure statement first.

Or is Go Zhongshe exempt from having to issue a prospectus, because the cash is being raised via Richard Li's SIS. Is SIS perhaps one of the "certain types of financial institutions."

What may be relevant is that SIS holds a financial services license granted by ASIC, presumably because of SIS's knowledge, skills, and trustworthiness.

Whatever the answer, I prefer tol keep my dollar in a safe place - my piggy bank.
