Well done, shania but I don't have a bean bag. Used to make yoghurt very regularly and never done so with a thermometer as I got used to judging with back of little finger test. You are tempting me to return to this yoghurt making - recently I've been buying a full fat, homogenized milk which is beautiful and I am certain it would make a very good yoghurt. It sure is a fun thing to do. When I next buy my milk, I'll give it another shot.......cheers.
