Its just after the bell and it tells you the first column under the 10c buy are many Far ex holders trying to buy back the shares who sold on the last announcement, the ones above the 10c are the quo jumpers they want to get into the action and piss off the ones who sold on the last announcement, , the surplus volume is just balance of shares still available at .10c when you take into consideration of sellers in the right column.
