but in the background he may/will resettle some of these 'refugees'. i meant if you sign on the line to those many UN conventions - then you are bound by it. Indonesia & Msia are not signatories to the UN Convention for Refugees.
if you don't want to be chained to international bodies and bl00dy conventions/protocols - then DON'T sign it !!
